Our service provider Mailchimp, which we use for the emails you receive from Slido, has scheduled maintenance on January 11 between 01:00 AM - 07:00 AM EST.
This will mean that any automated emails we send will not reach your inbox, such as requests to reset your password or invitations to collaborate. Some of the emails will be delivered once the service is fully operational again.
This downtime might also impact your Slido admin experience, as any action connected to email communication might result in an error.
While we always aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, this situation is completely owned by our third-party provider and unfortunately our hands are tied.
