Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance of our invoicing service on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM UTC. During this period, invoices and purchase confirmation emails will not be sent. All pending emails with invoices attached will be delivered once the maintenance is complete. Your billing history and invoices will also be accessible in your account after maintenance. There will be no disruption to your usage of Slido or to making purchases.

Resolved - Our Google Slides integration should gradually be returning to normal, although it can take a number of days for the new version of the chrome extension to reach you.

This is something that we don't have any control over so if you find the present mode still isn't loading for you, please continue to use the following workaround:

- Disable the Slido Chrome Extension
- Open your presentation in Google Slides
- Click the green Present button directly from the Slido sidebar

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented with Google and is currently in review by them. We expect it to be available and rolling out to all of our customers within the next 24 hours.

In the meantime, please continue to use the workaround detailed below.

Identified - The issue has been identified - we need to work with partners to release the fix so hope it will be resolved soon.

Investigating - We’re aware of an issue with presenting when using Slido's Google Slide integration. When using our Chrome Extension, you are unable to launch Slido interactions.

The rest of the service remains unaffected and is operating smoothly.

We have identified the issue but unfortunately are unable to update it immediately and hope to have it resolved within the next couple of days.

In the meantime, there is a workaround available so that you can run your presentations.

Workaround
- Disable the Slido Chrome Extension
- Open your presentation in Google Slides
- Click the green Present button directly from the Slido sidebar

Please note, that once you do this, your Slido interactions should activate and load as expected, though your transitions/animations will not work.
